Shipping & Delivery
Rolling Thunder uses the services of Courier Guy and SWE for the delivery of most items ordered unless specified otherwise. Clients wanting to use their own couriers for collection of purchases must advise Rolling Thunder on placement of order, failure to do so will result in Rolling Thunder using their own couriers at the clients expense. Please note all quoted prices on products exclude shipping costs ie: ex-warehouse Cape Town
Payment options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Rolling Thunder endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable vat at 15 % and shipping charges. Rolling Thunder reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), Bank Deposit and Account
Paying by EFT or Bank Deposit is straight forward and can be done by simply transferring funds from your bank account into our bank account. Once your order is completed please e-mail through your deposit slip to us at sales@rollingthunder.co.za and make sure you use ONLY your order number or company name as a reference when making a payment to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible. Should you fail to give a correct reference number when making a direct deposit it could delay your product delivery time. Please take note that we will only process your order once the funds reflect in our bank account. If the funds do not reflect in our account within 3 working days the order will be automatically cancelled. Should the product you ordered go out of stock or the price changes while we are waiting for your payment to reflect in our bank account you will be notified. Those registered businesses with accounts can place orders which will be invoiced on a 30 day basis. New business clients wanting to open an account can download our Dealer Application form under our Price List section. Please note accounts are for registered businesses only and are opened solely at the discrection of Rolling Thunder.

Collections
Collections can be made at our warehouse we would advise to check with sales staff that goods are ready to be dispatched .
Extended Delivery Times
If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time we will notify you. If you need a special delivery please contact us.
Product Availability
The 2 to 3 day delivery time is dependent on stock availability and where you based in South Africa. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14:00 hours. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Rolling Thunder will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Cancellations
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the original seller. An additional cost of 15 % handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Please note that even if the item has not been shipped but the funds have cleared into our account you will still be liable for the 15 % cancellation fee but it will of course exclude shipping fees.Product is opened and used it will not be accepted for return or refund at all.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer’s guarantee and this may vary according to the brand. Most products are imported directly by Rolling Thunder and carry the full 1 year warranty , replacement or repair is covered by Rolling Thunder. Feel free to contact us should you require more information on a specific manufacturers guarantee. Pioneer Dj products are parallel import and we offer the full 1 year warranty .All products must be returned to us for evaluation and repair by our technicians. Any products that are opened or worked on by any other parties will void your warranty on our products .
Returns & Replacements
All products sold by Rolling Thunder are covered by a 7 day Guarantee against defects out of the box as new . Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Rolling Thunder restrictions.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the items returned are not in the complete original packaging including but not limited to, box, accessories etc.
Only Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories at the owners expense, to our warehouse. Warranty on units operated on by technicians other than by Rolling Thunder will fall away.
2. Speakers are purchased without warranty unless defective out the box or specified by the manufacturer. DJ mixers and Midi controllers are sold without warranty on the cross faders and the line faders.
3. Certain items are non-refundable.
4. Upon receiving the returned faulty item/s, we will send it to our supplier for testing and should the product be defective our supplier will repair or replace. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%or a handling charge for technical time spent on the product to check it .
5. All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
6. If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs. Please note that if goods are opened and still in working order you will be charged a handling fee of 15%.
7. No returns will be accepted after 7 working days and will be treated as warranty
Privacy Policy
Rolling Thunder aspires to provide first-class service to its customers, which necessitates Rolling Thunder providing information to the User regarding new services or special offers. In each instance, the User is provided an opportunity to opt-out of such information circulars.
